Adult Acne

Nothing is more embarrassing

Nothing is more embarrassing than having pimples when you are clearly an adult. In other articles I have talked about my battle with adult acne that seems to have started once I hit 26 years old. I since then have gotten it under control *knock on wood*, but I still have that fear that I will/can have a flair up at any moment!

When I saw that the Daily Makeover posted an article about this today, I knew I had to share it with all my readers! In this article you will find out what some of the causes are and how to treat them better. It’s definitely a relief every time I hear/read that I am not the only one to struggle with this! What works for me?

The best regimen I have found for my skin is to wash my face morning and night with Neutrogena’s Oil Free Ance Scrub. The pink grapefruit scrub is gentle enough on my more delicate areas, but cuts all the makeup and grime out of my pores leaving my skin feeling fresh.

Then I follow up with CeraVe’s PM facial lotion. The AM one seems too rough on my face so I use the PM one for morning and night!
