Jerseylicious Theme Song By Olivia?!

I am not sure how this video that was posted back in 2010 got lost in the shuffle, but it has made its way back and it was shocker to me!   Olivia actually sings the theme song to the show!  How many times I have listened to that song and never put the connection together.  Do I think this girl is the next hottest pop star? No, her voice is cute, but not  amazing. Still, I love her!  She is too cute for words and watching this video just made me love her even more!
