A Texas mother has had her children removed from her custody and placed with her parents following a rather bizarre incident.  Stephanie Dillard had her three children, ages 5, 12, and 16, in the car with her when she collided with a bus.  Dillard left the scene of the accident and headed for a CVS, where she proceded to strip down naked and eat ice cream.  When police arrived on the scene Dillard resisted arrest.  It is unclear why Dillard engaged in such outlandish behavior…..  but still – stripping down and eating ice cream is much better than stripping down and eating a man’s face…..
