Good Humor Shortage on LI????

Toasted Almond, Chocolate Eclair bars, and Candy Center Crunch - those are my three favoritesssss, in order.  Which Good Humor ice creams are facing a shortage?? Exactly those three!!!

But WHY?  Well next month the company is closing its Hagerstown manufacturing plant… and that, coupled with the warm spring we just had which boosted their ice cream sales early, has lead to a shortage!  Carnival Ice Cream, which is the official distributor of Good Humor ice cream through out Long Island, has reported that they are working “tirelessly” to resolve the distribution problems and to stock as much inventory as possible.

They’re confident the shortage will be resolved by midsummer… but I think, just to be safe, I’ll stock up my freezer now!
