London Based Sushi Chain Coming To NYC

First Wasabi Sushi & Bento to open in Time Square

According to the Wall Street Journal, London based sushi chain Wasabi will be expanding to the US, beginning in NYC.  The first location, selling the popular individually wrapped sushi, will be in Time Square.

 

 

 

In addition to the Time Square location will be one in the Fashion District which will feature a sleek, minimalist design and will serve up dishes like sushi, sashimi, curries and chicken teriyaki.  Opening is projected for Spring of 2013… so in a little less than a year Midtown workers can add sushi-to-go and bento boxes to their lunch options!
