David Arquette Gives Out Baby Food in BX

More than 50 women were provided with jars of organic baby food, donated by Plum Organic baby food, in the Bronx last week.  Movie and TV actor David Arquette stopped by the Bronx non-profit last Monday to help hand out hundreds of boxes of the organic baby food during a giveaway that was sponsored by the online retailer ecomom.com.  Arquette divulged that his family was in need of assistance when they were growing up… that they were not only involved in the school lunch programs that were offered but also received food stamps.  So this is a cause very dear to his heart.

David Arquette has joined forces with Jody Sherman, CEO at ecomom, to provide three meals per day to a child in-need for every transaction on ecomom.com.  For the past three years Arquette has donated his time to those at the St. Joseph’s Food Pantry in Venice, California.
