Let’s face it some people have different regiments in the off season to keep their bodies in tip- top shape to  be able to perform better and some have a regiment  just to look good.  Come on you have all heard the expression, you look good, you feel good, you feel good, you make good things happens.  Well Dustin Byfuglien is taking his physique in the opposite direction and enjoy life in a completely different way, by just straight up going H.A.M on food, (see what I did there?).   Buff is truly living up to his name here but don’t count him out when he drops a good 20 lbs going into camp like he did last season.

He must be on weight watchers!
